By accessing or using Valeron Technologies Inc’s AI sales-coaching platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service

1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for businesses. By using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to enter into a legally binding agreement on behalf of your organization.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Account access is non-transferable.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Valeron Technologies Inc operates on a monthly subscription model with a potential one-time setup fee (for business plan).
Payments are processed through Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize Valeron Technologies Inc to charge the payment method provided.
Valeron Technologies Inc reserves the right to adjust subscription fees upon notice.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time, either by requesting cancellation or unsubscribing from future monthly payments.
Accounts may be terminated if payment is declined.
Upon termination, Valeron Technologies Inc will retain your data for six months in case you reactivate your account.
5. No Refunds
All subscriptions are non-refundable. There are no refunds for any reason, including partial months of service
6. Use of the Service
The Service may store transcripts, user data, and AI-generated responses.
The Service may integrate or use third-party AI services, including Claude.
Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding their use of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property provided by Valeron Technologies Inc remain the property of Valeron Technologies Inc.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valeron Technologies Inc is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
Valeron Technologies Inc makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.
