When you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account Information: Name, email, business information, billing details.
• Phone and Messaging Information: Mobile or other phone numbers you provide, records of your consent to receive calls and text messages (including the date, time, method, and wording of the opt-in), your messaging preferences and opt-out requests, and the content and metadata of messages sent to or from the Service.
• Usage Data: Transcripts of interactions, prompts, AI-generated responses, and activity logs.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

Other Data: Any other information you provide when contacting support or using the Service.

We may use the information we collect from you for various purposes, including:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Store transcripts and other data for service continuity, analytics, and improvement.
• Communicate with you regarding updates, support, or account notifications, including by email, SMS or MMS text message, push notification, and telephone.
• Maintain records of consent, opt-ins, and opt-outs as required by applicable law.
• Comply with legal obligations.

How you opt in. We send text messages only to phone numbers for which we have your express consent. You may provide that consent by entering your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages during account creation or checkout, by submitting a form on our website that discloses text messaging, by enabling messaging features inside the Service, by texting us first, or by giving your number to our team for a specific purpose you have agreed to. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is never a condition of purchase or of using the Service.

What we send. Depending on the consent you have given, messages may include account and security notifications, onboarding and support messages, service alerts, appointment or call reminders, and, where you have separately agreed, promotional messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and settings.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from that program, or contact us at help@valeron.io. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of service or transactional messages may limit certain features of the Service.

No sharing of SMS opt-in data (important). We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. The only parties that receive your mobile number in connection with messaging are the messaging service providers acting on our behalf and under contract solely to deliver messages for us (for example, Twilio), and no other party receives it for any independent use.

Delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee delivery of any message.

We take data security seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, in line with industry standards, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party AI services (for example, Claude), payment processors (Commas), and communications providers (for example, Twilio), in each case only to the extent needed to provide the Service and under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Legal Requests: If required by law or to protect Valeron Technologies Inc’s rights.

Mobile information is excluded from all sharing. No mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, Commas, Claude, Twilio). Their own privacy policies apply when they collect or process data.

Account data may be retained for six months after subscription termination in case of reactivation.

Records of text messaging consent and opt-out requests are retained for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable law, including after you opt out, so that we can honor your opt-out.

Other data is stored as needed to provide and improve the Service, or as legally required.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access or request a copy of your data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications, including text messages, at any time.
