Privacy policy

When you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account Information: Name, email, business information, billing details.
• Phone and Messaging Information: Mobile or other phone numbers you provide, records of your consent to receive calls and text messages (including the date, time, method, and wording of the opt-in), your messaging preferences and opt-out requests, and the content and metadata of messages sent to or from the Service.
• Usage Data: Transcripts of interactions, prompts, AI-generated responses, and activity logs.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

Other Data: Any other information you provide when contacting support or using the Service.

We may use the information we collect from you for various purposes, including:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Store transcripts and other data for service continuity, analytics, and improvement.
• Communicate with you regarding updates, support, or account notifications, including by email, SMS or MMS text message, push notification, and telephone.
• Maintain records of consent, opt-ins, and opt-outs as required by applicable law.
• Comply with legal obligations.

How you opt in. We send text messages only to phone numbers for which we have your express consent. You may provide that consent by entering your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages during account creation or checkout, by submitting a form on our website that discloses text messaging, by enabling messaging features inside the Service, by texting us first, or by giving your number to our team for a specific purpose you have agreed to. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is never a condition of purchase or of using the Service.

What we send. Depending on the consent you have given, messages may include account and security notifications, onboarding and support messages, service alerts, appointment or call reminders, and, where you have separately agreed, promotional messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and settings.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from that program, or contact us at [email protected]. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of service or transactional messages may limit certain features of the Service.

No sharing of SMS opt-in data (important). We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. The only parties that receive your mobile number in connection with messaging are the messaging service providers acting on our behalf and under contract solely to deliver messages for us (for example, Twilio), and no other party receives it for any independent use.

Delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee delivery of any message.

We take data security seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, in line with industry standards, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party AI services (for example, Claude), payment processors (Commas), and communications providers (for example, Twilio), in each case only to the extent needed to provide the Service and under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Legal Requests: If required by law or to protect Valeron Technologies Inc’s rights.

Mobile information is excluded from all sharing. No mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, Commas, Claude, Twilio). Their own privacy policies apply when they collect or process data.

Account data may be retained for six months after subscription termination in case of reactivation.

Records of text messaging consent and opt-out requests are retained for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable law, including after you opt out, so that we can honor your opt-out.

Other data is stored as needed to provide and improve the Service, or as legally required.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access or request a copy of your data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications, including text messages, at any time.

Requests can be sent to [email protected].

Cookie section updated October 29, 2026. This section describes cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies used on this Valeron website.

Your choice comes first. Optional marketing and attribution tools and optional video playback are off until you choose to allow them. You can accept or reject optional cookies using equally available choices, or choose each category in Cookie settings. Rejecting optional cookies does not block the website or checkout. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time using the persistent link on this website.

• Necessary website state. We use local storage named valeron_cookie_consent to remember your consent version, choice time, and category choices for six months. This preference record supports your choices and is not an advertising identifier. If browser storage cannot save a rejection, we also try to remember the opt-out in a necessary valeron_cookie_opt_out cookie for the same six-month period. Website hosting also receives the requests needed to serve pages, including technical request information such as your IP address. Necessary local state and hosting requests cannot be switched off through Cookie settings.
• Optional marketing and attribution. If you allow this category, we load Meta Pixel and Cortana to measure website activity, attribute conversions, and help personalise advertising. Advertising-related disclosures may count as sharing for targeted advertising under applicable US privacy law. Reject optional opts out of this website’s advertising-related sale or sharing. These tools may receive browsing URLs, referrers, campaign parameters, IP addresses, device information, and interaction or conversion events. Cortana may also collect a name, email address, or phone number entered into website fields, including before you submit a form, after you have allowed this category. Cortana can sync conversions to connected advertising accounts. This website permission is separate from consent to receive text messages.
• Optional video playback. If you allow this category, Wistia loads to provide embedded video playback and may use third-party cookies and browser storage. Until then, optional video playback remains disabled. Wistia's own privacy notice explains its data practices.

Vendor storage and retention. Meta may set _fbp and _fbc cookies, which typically last 90 days. Cortana may set ak_tid for 365 days and use backup browser storage. Wistia may use third-party cookies or storage; retention depends on the storage and service involved. Your six-month website consent record is separate from these vendor retention periods. For vendor details, see the Meta privacy policy, Cortana privacy policy, and Wistia privacy policy.

Global Privacy Control. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, this website blocks optional marketing and attribution tools. You can still manage the separate optional video playback choice in Cookie settings.

Changing or withdrawing permission. Open Cookie settings to change your choices or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops future website tracking for the categories you turn off, removes accessible vendor cookies and browser storage, and reloads the page when needed to stop integrations that have already loaded. We cannot clear storage belonging to other domains or retroactively retract information already transferred to a vendor. To exercise rights over previously collected data, including requesting erasure or asking us to forward a withdrawal request to a vendor, contact [email protected].

External checkout and scheduling. Links to Whop or Valeron checkout destinations and the iClosed scheduler take you to services with their own privacy notices and consent controls. This website's cookie preferences do not govern those external sites. Review their notices and choices when you visit them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
